Fatty Acid Metabolism – Interlinking Diet with Cardiometabolic Health (FAME, 2017-2020) is a five centre research project, involving scientists and staff from the German Institute of Human Nutrition (DIfE), the University of Cordoba (UCO), the University of Navarra, the University of Reading, and the University of East Anglia (UEA).
